I called on a Monday to request help stretching carpet in one room. They scheduled a technician for Tuesday and the job was done within about 24 hours. Technicians were on-time and professional.

I am beyond happy with the service from Double N Services. I had 15 year old bamboo floors that needed to be refinished. I was always told that bamboo floors could not be sanded and refinished. Double N Services did exactly what they said and more. I have dealt with multiple contractors over the past couple of years and this is the only company that did exactly what they said they would. I am very happy with the the end product. I will definitely refer them and use them again. Before and after pics are attached. The darker color is what was completed by Double N Services.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Not only Norman and his team are professional, on time and responsive; their values are unmatched and his prices are the best in the business. Norman listened my needs and delivered the best flooring for my townhouse, in a timely manner. In 2 days my 1,700 sq home was totally transformed! I can't thank him enough for the amazing job. I found Double N Services on "Angie" & they were the 1st company to respond. They did an excellent job replacing and matching some of my floor that had warped from water damage. They came out and with fans and assessed the damage and did an impressive job. I will use them again for carpet cleaning and removing carpet from a bedroom and replacing it with vinyl flooring that looks like hardwood.

Double N Services were OUTSTANDING! Super responsive and Norman did an amazing job making my old, heavily pet stained carpet, fresh again and looking like new! A few stubborn stains resurfaced, but they were happy to come back and retreat them until I was satisfied. Second time worked like a charm on those wicked stains. THANK YOU! Looking forward to coming back to Double N for some hardwoods in the future!

The staff were extremely thorough and professional. I could tell they take great pride in their work and the experience was fantastic! I highly recommend this service. I wish I had 'before and after' pictures to show the quality of the job. The after pictures look like brand new carpeting!

I was looking for a company to refinish my engineered wood floors. Every company that I called, said it couldn't be done. A friend of mine recommended Double N Services they came In, inspected my floors, and they got to work. Very knowledgeable and hard working technicians completed the work in such a timely manner. They are coming back to install my carpets as well

Norman and his team were on time, very efficient, and cleaned up behind themselves. The follow-up was to assure our floors were as we expected gave us a great feeling. The floors look soooooooo great that now we want them back to put a finish on the floors they matched.

Once I found this company I knew from the first free estimate they were one of the most professional that came out of the dozens of companies I researched and called for my hardwood project. I met people that truly care about helping people and restoring value into the property. You can't refer every flooring and water damage restoration company to everybody you know because some give off bad impressions and a lack of care when earning new business and then my people are connecting me to the less than favorable experience. This crew gets it and I feel like I'm giving real value to family friends and business they help for me. They genuinely don't cut corners on matching professionalism value with the skill of communicating with new people caring about project value over time and making sure as a customer I got the right information. They are the full package right price right attitude better quality.

They are very good at what they do. I mean they made my carpets look almost brand new again the first time I used them and I've never looked back since. I always call them for my carpet or upholstery cleaning and they did my stretching as well. Thank you for always providing exceptional service!
